Winner of the "Residency for Photography" of the Fondation des Treilles 2018, France

Corinne Mercadier creates photographic scenes linked to dance, architecture and space. To carry out these stagings, previously drawn in sketchbooks, she uses models, dancers, actors. She makes the costumes and the sculptures intended to be launched during the shootings.
Corinne Mercadier worked with film Leica and Polaroid SX70 until 2008, then turned to digital.
She also has a practice of drawing, which takes a foothold in the visible world to escape in imaginary scenes.
