Polaroids SX70
From my beginnings until 2008, I practiced photography in two stages: a first shooting, color or black and white prints from negatives, then I rephotographed these prints with Polaroid. I considered the first images to be negatives, and the second the actual view I had of things.
Shadows and theatrical lights, anamorphosis, variable focus, all of this created a passage between the inner and outer worlds.
The Polaroid, by the richness of its colors, its unexpected results, its immediacy, has placed the cards of a game in my hands.
